Cleanings and Exams
The best way to avoid major dental issues (and expense) is with regular cleanings and doctors’ exams. This, along with recommended X-rays, allows us to catch problems when they are small and more predictable.
Dental XRays
Digital X-rays allow us to see with much greater detail and definition, while using a fraction of the radiation of traditional film X-rays. Our front-mounted monitors give us the ability to educate you on what can be seen on your X-rays, so that you have a better understanding of your dental health.
Metal-free Fillings
Metal-Free, composite fillings give a more conservative and more esthetic restorative option than older metal fillings. These can be custom shaded by our doctors to match eat patient’s teeth. The hardness of composite is much closer to that of natural tooth structure, helping prevent further tooth fracture.

Metal-free Crowns and Veneers
New dental ceramics allow us to make a much stronger and more esthetic crown without the use of metals. This also avoids that “black line” that is often seen at the gumline on older crowns.
Implant Restorations
Dental implants offer an excellent restorative option for missing teeth. Implants give a permanent solution that does not have to involve adjacent teeth.
Dentures and Partials
Dentures and partials can provide a uniform esthetic option for patients with missing teeth. At Atcheson Dental, our dentures and partials are custom made to each specific patient through multiple appointments. This is a much different quality than the “one day” dentures that are often advertised. See examples of our work below.
Extractions
Extractions are a necessary part of a dental practice. Extractions can provide much needed relief from dental pain but can also be a cause of anxiety for many patients. We go to great lengths to listen to, identify, and alleviate patients’ fears.
